If you are interested in scheduling a Mock Interview with the Health Professions office, please complete this form. The office requests advance notice for scheduling.

To help us best prepare you for the interview, please share the Interviewing School, Date of Interview, and format if known. You may list multiple opportunities if necessary.

Please note for each school listed previously, if the interview is in-person or remote/virtual.*

List specific dates and times available for a Mock Interview. Provide at least 3 options. Allow 45-60 minutes. If given enough notice, we may be able to connect you with an alumni physician for additional practice. We realize that due to work schedules you may only be available outside of traditional work hours. We will do our best to accommodate. Please provide your time zone as well if this will be a virtual practice interview.*

In addition to a Mock Interview with Candice Eisenhauer or faculty member, I'd like to request an alumni physician for an additional practice interview.
