    • Each adult (18 or older) must fill out a separate application.
    • Applications with false or incomplete information will not be approved.
    • $35.00 application fee per adult. Our staff will send an invoice to your e-mail or via text/SMS and you can pay via your debit or credit card.  This application fee is non-refundable.
    • Animal screening is conducted via a third party service.  The charge for this service is $20.00 for the first animal and $15.00 for each additional animal.  There is no charge for assistance animals.
    • Please review our basic rental qualifications and animal policy at www.rent479.com/faq/ prior to competing this application.  If you or your animals do not meet the qualifications, please do not apply.

I understand that the application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances and there may be other applications submitted for the same property.
