Badges will be available before the Show at the HMCBA Office. A pick up date will be established so you will know when you can pick them up. Watch your inbox for this information. Should you want to wait until the Show, badges will be available at the VBC in the Show Office in the South Hall. You are also welcome to leave the badges in the Show Office during the Show and have your staff come in as needed to pick up and return the badges.
Three badges are provided with each booth. Names will not be printed on the badges, only company name and booth number, so the badges are interchangeable between your staff members working in your booth.
If additional badges are needed, the cost before January 31 is $3 each. There is a $5.00 charge for a badge reprint or for badges over your allocation after January 31. Please instruct booth personnel that if they lose their badge, they will be responsible for the fee.
