Guidelines for the State Delegate Headshot, Candid Photos & Photographer's Release Agreement

Headshots Required: Digital format only in high resolution print-ready jpeg file

One (1) 8x10 at 300 DPI Color Vertical Headshot - with Crown & Sash (for media use)

One (1) 8x10 at 300 DPI Color Vertical Headshot - No Crown, No Sash (for judges' book)

One (1) 8x10 at 300 DPI Color Vertical Full Body Photo - No Crown, No Sash, Evening gown style attire

Please be sure photos are sized with the vertical edge of the photo at 2048 pixels.

Candid Photos Required: Six (6) 4x6 or larger Candid Photos with a pixel dimension at a minimum of 1600x1200 or larger

1) Assign the responsibility of submitting the photos to someone who will ensure that the required headshots and candid photos are received by the due date. This is important to meet the schedules for our media and printing deadlines as these photos are used for the Miss Illinois Website, the Judges Books and the Miss Illinois Competition Program. There can be no exceptions or extensions granted to the due date.

2) Use the tab key or the mouse to move between fields. if a required field is not entered, you will receive an automatic prompt.

Please name these files with your local title and the document type, separated by an underscore (_). Ex: SouthernIllinois_TalentTrack, Chicago_PhotographerRelease
