  • The purpose of using this app is to help the user identify patterns of behavior.

     

    The information obtained from this app will be used to:

         ~analyze responses to the behavior interventions that were already implemented

         ~determine replacement skills to teach

  • Please note:

    Using this app does not constitute an evaluation. Parent permission is not needed at this point. 

    IF a formal functional behavioral assessment is determined necessary, parent permission will then be obtained.
