Overview Of Financial Aid Program
Thanks to the generosity of its donors, Random Farms is pleased to offer need-based financial aid to give more young people the opportunity to participate in the performing arts. Random Farms is only able to offer a limited number of financial aid packages each year, and we expect recipients to take seriously the commitment to the program and to this financial gift. Before applying for a scholarship, please be aware of all policies and processes pertaining to scholarships and to the program for which you are applying. If the performer is not able to complete the program for any reason, or declines the roles/casts for which they were accepted, then the scholarship will be forfeited and you will be responsible for paying the balance for the full amount of the tuition. In other words, you will need to return the scholarship money awarded to you.
Application and Notification Process
For Workshop, Jellybeans, Summer Workshop, Classes, and Vacation Workshops, applications for financial aid are due at least one week prior to registration.
For Mainstage and Edge, applications for financial aid are due at least one week before the audition.
All applicants are required to meet with a member of the Scholarship Review committee as part of the application review process to discuss the program policies. If you are a new applicant, our staff will contact you after you submit the application to arrange a meeting time. If you have previously recieved financial aid for Random Farms programs, this requirement may be waived at the discretion of the staff.
