Terms and Conditions: The cost of the Explore Colorado program includes admission and entry for all events, and a meal or snack at each event. Payment and registration must be received by August 29, 2016. Individual events may be purchased at a rate of $20 each prior to the chosen event if registration and payment is received at least 48 hours prior to the event and space allows. Due to the nature of this program, RMCAD is unable to refund any of the program fees after August 29, 2016. Paid participants who are unable to attend any or all of the program events selected may transfer their registration to another RMCAD student. RMCAD will not facilitate exchange or transfer of payment in these cases. In such circumstances, the Student Life Coordinator, who serves as the Explore Colorado Program Coordinator, must be notified of the change in writing. RMCAD reserves the right to alter this program and substitute comparable events if circumstances exist which merit modifications to the set schedule of events. Explore Colorado is subject to cancellation based on a minimum enrollment. Student participants assume the risk of change in their personal schedule or health. All participants must sign the College's Field Trip Release Form before participating in any program activities. By submitting this form, you agree to all terms and conditions as outlined above.
