I agree that Project Precious Rescue shall not be held responsible for any liability for your Foster Pet once he/she has been adopted.

I agree that my Foster Pet will not be used in any illegal activities.

I agree that my Foster Pet will be kept as a house pet and will not be used for breeding, scientific purposes, or animal fighting.

I agree that fostering a pet can last anywhere from a few days to a few months, and that if for any reason I am unable to keep my foster pet I will allow ample time for Project Precious Rescue to find alternate placement.

By signing below, you acknowledge that pets taken in through Project Precious Rescue come from shelter situations or owner surrenders. Their history is not 100% known and we cannot guarantee any behavior once the pet enters your home. You acknowledge that your new Foster Pet will need time to adjust to your environment. Volunteers/foster families accept liability for personal injuries or damages caused by a rescue dog. Volunteers agree by signing below that working with animals is unpredictable and the utmost caution must be taken in caring for foster animals. While the animal is living with a foster family, it will remain the property of the rescue, Project Precious Rescue, and, therefore, all final decisions regarding the welfare of the animal will be the responsibility of this rescue. You agree that Project Precious Rescue reserves the right to reposess the foster animal(s) at ANY time without notice or reason. By submitting this application for consideration, you agree to abide by the policies and procedures of Project Precious Rescue.
