PORTRAIT AGREEMENT & MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Think Good Things Photography, the photographer, to photograph myself and/or my underage children. I hereby grant TGT Photography and her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of myself, family, and/or child(ren), or in which myself, family, and/or children will be included for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner or medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release TGT Photography and her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. *

SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE: The Photographer reserves the right to use images created under this contract for advertising, display, publication or other purposes. I give permission for my photographs to be used on Think Good Things' website and Think Good Things' Facebook page.
Notice: If you have an issue with this for personal or religious reasons, please let me know! I like to tag parents/family members when I post, so don’t be shy and send me a friend request (if I don’t get to you first!)

BOUDOIR RELEASE: The Photographer will not use any boudoir images for marketing purposes without specific permission.

COPYRIGHT: As a client of Think Good Things Photography, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by TGT Photography PHOTOGRAPHER; Holly Jaynes, are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violaters of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A limited PRINT RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of my session digital files to print your portraits for your own personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering your images without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission. Reproduction includes, but is not limited to scanning, downloading, right-clicking, emailing, saving to harddrive, posting on websites or blogs, photocopying, obtaining screen shots, or printing in any manner. I agree to honor the copyright laws as stated in this agreement.*

TGT has the right to cancel or reschedule any session, should the photographer or subjects to be photographed present any symptoms of COVID19. GALLERY AGREEMENT: Your images will be provided in an online gallery to review proofs and download your final images. This gallery will be available 2 weeks after your session or sooner. It will remain online for you to download from for 1 month. If you need to download your photos after the month is up, please contact me and I can get your images to you.
