REQUIRED DOCUMENTS submit 2 copies of plans (1 copy for Amity Twp. file and one copy to be returned with permit). The returned plans must remain available on-site. PLANS MUST BE PREPARED, DESIGNED AND SEALED BY A PA. REGISTERED ARCHITECT, LICENSED ENGINEER for all new buildings, structural renovations, reconfiguration of spaces, repairs or additions. An unlicensed person may prepare the design documents for remodeling or alteration if there is no compensation and the remodeling does not relate to additions or changes to the structure or means of egress

I hereby certify the code administrator and code inspectors shall have the authority to enter areas covered by such permit application at any reasonable hour to inspect existing conditions applicable to such permit application
