Homeowner ID/Discount Card Request
Homeowner ID/Discount Cards can be used to obtain discounts at WaterColor restaurants and retailers. Discounts are offered at the discretion of each business. Cards should also be presented when checking in at the Beach Hut for homeowner beach chair sets. Cards expire annually on Jan. 5. Requests for a Homeowner ID/Discount Card must be submitted at least two business days prior to pick-up to allow time for processing. Cards can be picked up at 133 Pine Grove Circle during HOA office hours Monday- Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
