Southern New Mexico State Fair Field Trip Registration Form:
Important field trip information: Entry for teachers and students is free! Please remember for every 10 students, 1 adult chaperone can enter free. Any additional chaperones/parents will each have to pay $7 (1/2 price of regular admission) at the front gate. Please have adult chaperones purchase their tickets at the front gate and plan to meet their party in the fairgrounds. School buses will park in the back Pit area. Only buses are allowed in this area. All parent/chaperones in vehicles will park in general parking and enter through the front gate. Deadline for registration is SEPTEMBER 10, 2019 if you are in need of a bus from LCPS otherwise registration will be open through September 18, 2019 or until each event reaches capacity.
