Use this form to temporarily suspend, or withdraw from classes at the AAHP. Please note the definitions of these two tems.

Temporary Interruption of Classes: A student chooses this status when he/she expects to temporarily suspend classes, at any time, but expects to return some time before before the end of the Summer Session (end of July) of the current year.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal is a permanent suspension of classes for the foreseeable future due to, for example, illness, accident, relocating out of the region, etc.
