Your school is registered with the following option:• group payment This means that you don't need to pay online after submitting the Delegate Registration Form.
Individual Payment
Your school is registered with the following option:• individual payment by each delegate
Make sure you select the "I am paying individually" option at the bottom of the next page and complete the payment form. Your registration will be ignored if you skip the payment form.If you cannot pay online, as a backup option you may select "Pay by cheque" option instead to be redirected to instructions. Please note that processing of your registration may be significantly delayed.
Here is your chance for you to tell our USGs Delegate Affairs what committees and countries you would prefer. We do our best to meet your first choices, but this is not always possible. Note that if you select a small committee like the UNSC or a powerful country like the USA, you will be competing with more people for your preference.
Below, provide up to three committee choices and up to two country choices for each committee.
Before making your selections, please consult the country matrix, found here and on each committee's page. Please note that the UNSC has changed to reflect the newest iteration of the Council. Some countries are not available in certain committees.
We need to at least know a first choice committee from you so we have some idea where to put you!

By registering for VMUN 2017, you agree to the following cancellation terms:
By submitting a registration for VMUN, you are confirming your attendance. We immediately begin to make preparations in order to make your experience as smooth as possible. These preparations include reserving your hotel accommodation and ordering you conference materials like placards and delegate folders. For this reason, the closer we get to the conference date, the smaller amount of refund we can offer you if you decide to withdraw or cancel your registration. Vancouver Model United Nations will be processing delegate withdrawals and cancellations based on the date when the request is made. Refunds will be made as follows unless otherwise authorized in writing:
Cancellations made on or after December 5, 2016 due to medical issues, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We are able to offer a maximum 50% refund for delegates who provide adequate verification of such circumstances.
By default, all delegates room in single-sex, quadruple rooms, with other delegates from the same school, at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver. The delegate registration fee includes two nights (Friday & Saturday) in the hotel.
Please note that all rooming communication is between the Secretariat and sponsor teachers. Sponsor teachers (or their designates) will submit final rooming lists to us (instructions will be sent later in the year). All special requests should be made through sponsor teachers.
If you are interested in a rooming occupancy upgrade, and your sponsor teacher lists your preference in your delegation's rooming list, we will contact you or your delegation with an upgrade payment form, depending on your delegation's payment type.
Additionally, be aware that because delegate rooming is single-sex, delegations' rooming lists may not be entirely quadruple rooms if either the number of female or male delegates is not divisible by four. Delegates will have the option to either levy a small fee to upgrade to a triple or be placed in a room with members of another delegation.
St. George's School in Vancouver, Canada generously hosts and collects payments on behalf of VMUN. Your credit card statement may read "St. George's School."

You have selected to pay by cheque, which is a backup option. This will slow down processing of your registration. If you can pay online with a credit card in the next few days, that would be better! Simply choose to pay by credit above and complete the payment form.
