Vendors receive the following:
- One 6ft table with table cloth. (Wineries receive two 6ft covered tables).
- Access to 110v electricity
- 2 parking passes per day
- 10 staff badges.
- 10 festival passes (with glass and wrsitband)
- - NOTE: Wifi is unavailable.
- - You may bring your own tables and chairs.
ADD-ON ITEMS
- Additional uncovered, plastic, 6ft tables: $15
- Additional parking passes: $3 per day pass
- Additional staff badges: $3 (transferable among staff members)
Order by Monday, August 22 to have your passes mailed to you.
For orders received after August 22, all passes must be picked up at Load-In on Friday. You cannot pick up parking passes for Saturday, on Saturday, as passes are required for entering the venue. Vendors and staff arriving on Saturday without a parking pass will pay the standard EXPO parking fee of $5.
NOTE: Unlike the $5 day-of parking fee, the parking passes we provide allow for in/out privledges.
