Position Details:
Directly oversee Food & Beverage operation including Restaurants, Banquets, Room service, and Culinary. The Restaurant General Manager will focus on managing the majority F&B operation, maintaining established costs and quality standards, directly maintaining established coats and quality standards. Participate in total hotel management as a member of the Hotel Executive Committee.
Requirements:
Min. 3 years as a Restaurant GM, Director of Food and Beverage or combination of both. BA/BS in Hospitality/Restaurant Mgmt. or Business or equivalent experience required. Banquet Operations experience. Proven systems knowledge and experience with POS/PMS and Payroll systems. Solid understanding of social media and networking. Must have proven financial management of department experience. Must have ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift 50 lbs unassisted. Must be able to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs. frequently. Must be able to acquire the Kansas City Liquor Card and Food Card.
