Pedicabbing Q's
Kween Cab Florida New Driver Candidate Application
Goodbye 9 to 5, hello freedom! We’re gonna check out your info. If you present yourself as a good fit for our team, we’ll contact you to meet-up and attend an orientation!
Welcome to the Kween Cab Florida Driver Application. Pedicabbing is part people skills, part street smarts, part cardio, and part knowing when not to make a dumb decision in front of a police officer, venue manager, bride, tourist, or guy holding a $14 stadium beer. We are looking for people who can talk to strangers without being weird, handle crowds without acting reckless, treat expensive equipment like it is not a rental scooter left in a bush, and show up when they say they are going to show up. This application is intentionally more than name, phone number, and a prayer. Put a little effort into it. If your answers have personality, honesty, and common sense, you are already ahead of half the internet.
I understand this is an independent contractor pedicab leasing opportunity, not a traditional hourly job; drivers generally lease or rent a pedicab, collect fares and tips from customers, and must follow company rules, city rules, safe riding practices, and equipment care expectations.

Personality Check: Pedicab Edition
You are posted outside a busy event. Two people are tired, one person is skeptical, and their friend thinks walking a mile in uncomfortable shoes is somehow a personality trait. Give us your best pedicab pitch. Make it sound like you, not a sales brochure that got left in a hotel lobby.
*
A good pedicab driver can be funny without being annoying, confident without being pushy, and memorable without becoming a downtown incident report. What kind of energy would you bring to passengers, tourists, nightlife crowds, and event guests?
*
Tell us about a time you had to deal with chaos, pressure, a difficult customer, a drunk person, a weird situation, or someone acting like common sense was a subscription they canceled. What happened, and how did you handle it?
*
Pedicabs are fun, but they are also expensive equipment carrying real people through real streets. Why should Kween Cab trust you with a pedicab, passengers, and the company reputation?
*
What are you hoping to gain from being a pedicabber? (Cheesy answers are also encouraged)
