KyWiFi Service Disconnection
  • Service Cancellation Request

  • If you wish to discontinue your internet service with KyWiFi fill-out this form in its entirety. Please COMPLETELY READ the disconnection policies below. Thank you.

    • KyWiFi billing date is on the 20th of the month for the following month of service. The billing cut off date for a cancellation request is the 10th of the month. To be removed from billing, all service cancellation requests must be received by the 10th of the month. Cancellation requests received after the 10th will be billed for one more billing cycle on the 20th of the current month.
    • Cancellation dates are at the end of the month only. KyWiFi charges in advance for the next month of service. NO REFUNDS OR PARTIAL MONTH CREDIT.
    • IF YOU STILL HAVE AN ACTIVE AGREEMENT and service is cancelled prior to the end of your agreement term there is an Early Termination Fee of $150.00. The fee will be charged to the payment method on file (Please call or email the office if you do not know your service date).
    • You will no longer be charged for service after your last billing date listed on your disconnect acknowlegement from KyWiFi.
    • INSIDE EQUIPMENT - If you are moving please make sure to LEAVE THE POE (power supply), power cord and the LAN cable (colored cable) on site for the incoming resident. You will be charged $125.95 if they are not left in place. If you are not moving you may discard the POE, power cord, and LAN cable once your service has been terminated.
    • OUTSIDE EQUIPMENT - You will be advised.
    • Any equipment not returned to KyWiFi in working condition will be charged to your account.
    • Once all procedures are completed you will receive a copy of the final disconnect to the email adress provided below.
    • PLEASE LEAVE THE CONNECTION POWERED ON UNTIL INSTRUCTED TO POWER OFF.
