Ministry Agreement

Sept. 1, 2019 - Aug. 31, 2020
We believe God loves us so much that He did something about it-He sent His son Jesus Christ to die on a cross. As disciples of Jesus, we’re instructed to have that same attitude of love. In fact, the Bible says that if we love one another, all people will know that we’re Jesus-followers.

1 John 3:16, 18
We know what real love is because Jesus gave up his life for us.
So we also ought to give up our lives for our brothers and sisters…
let’s not merely say that we love each other;
let us show the truth by our actions.

I understand that I am here to serve and not to spend time with my peers.I understand that I am an important part of the team and adults must be able to count on me to be on time and to behave responsibly.I understand that my leaders need to know if I am going to be absent or unable to help; therefore, I will inform them if I am unable to attend.I understand that I am expected to treat others with respect and kindness. This includes leaders, adults, parents, children, and other team members. I agree to ask for help when I need it.I understand that if my behavior becomes less than what is expected of me, I will be corrected.I understand that I must be a growing Christian to serve in positions where I teach the Bible or provide spiritual leadership.I understand what is expected of me from this agreement. I am committed to doing my best to serve as a student at North Park Baptist Church.

I understand the "Child Safety First Policy" for North Park.I have been a regular attendee of North Park for at least 6 months.I understand there is to be no tickling, roughhousing, lying on the floor, any other inappropriate touching or being alone with a child.
