Studio Guidelines and COVID-19 Liability Release

#1 PRIORITY IS TO KEEP YOUR FAMILY AND MINE SAFE & HEALTHY.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the studio has implemented safety measures to ensure maximum care for ALL parties attending photo sessions. Please take a moment to read the guidelines-

The home studio is private and by appointment only.
Masks are now OPTIONAL.
Since little fingers touch our floor, please leave your shoes at the door. NO SHOES are allowed in the studio. Please leave them outside the door.
If you are not being photographed, please stay in the sitting area at all times.
For newborn sessions, only immediate family members that are going to be photographed are allowed in the studio. Siblings must leave the studio after their photos are done. No additional guests are allowed.
If the newborn package (newborn solo) does not include parent/sibling shots, preferably 1 parent (mom- easier to feed the baby especially if they are being breastfed) is allowed to accompany the newborn baby.No siblings are allowed for newborn solo packages.
For newborn/child model calls, only 1 parent(mom- easier to feed baby especially if they are being breastfed) is allowed to accompany the newborn or child.
The studio is cleaned before and after each client
Only 1 session per day.
I am FULLY VACCINATED!
Props, fabrics, accessories & surfaces cleaned & sanitized.

ON YOUR PART:

- Please arrive on time and plan ahead.

- Please cancel your appointment within 24 hours if you or any of the family members are experiencing any of these symptoms: Fever, cough, cold, dizziness, lack of taste/smell, fatigue (not from lack of sleep). If clients show any of the above symptoms, Billie Roche Photography can cancel the session and clients will be asked to reschedule. Session fees are non-refundable.

I knowingly and willingly consent to a photography session(s) with Billie Roche Photography

I understand the COVID-19 virus has a long incubation period during which carriers of the virus may not show any signs or symptoms and still be highly contagious. I understand Billie, photographer at Billie Roche Photography, will take all precautions suggested with COVID-19 prevention but it is impossible to determine who has it and who does not given the current limitations in virus testing.

I understand that should I or my family be diagnosed to be COVID-19 positive within 10 days following my session with Billie Roche Photography, I will contact Billie to let her know of my positive diagnosis.

I release Billie Roche Photography from any and all liability associated with receiving a COVID-19 positive diagnosis following our session.

I confirm that I and my family are not presenting any of the following symptoms of COVID-19: Fever, shortness of breath, dry cough, runny nose, and/or sore throat.

Should I or my family present with any of these symptoms, I will contact Billie to reschedule my session.

I understand that Billie reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session at any point in time due to COVID-19 implemented regulations, health concerns, possible exposure, or arising symptoms of COVID-19, and is not liable for any costs accrued by the client (i.e. hair appointments, make-up artist, cakes, balloons, etc.) in association with my session.

I certify that I have read and agreed to the above studio policies.By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that my family, child(ren), and I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my family, child(ren) or myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my family, child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with my photo session. I take full responsibility in moving forward with my appointment and aware of the risks involved. I waive all my rights to seek damages, compensations and or any involvement on Billie Roche Photography studio and its photographer. I understand that Billie Roche Photography and its photographers will not be held liable or responsible for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, etc. that may or may derive from the photo session. Clients understand that if above safety studio policies are not followed, Billie Roche Photography can cancel the session and no refunds, re-shoots or substitutions will be given. Clients understand and agree to pay Billie Roche Photography and its photographers its FULL services and time without giving refunds, re-shoots or substitutions. Billie Roche Photography and its photographers shall not be held liable for any reason whatsoever.
