Summary

The Photographer/Client is responsible for providing Boombox Magazine with a photographic and textual service as detailed in this Agreement.  The Client agrees to share his or her story, photography, name and social media information.

Boombox Magazine will not use the clients name or social media if otherwise stated below

 

AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

 The Client agrees that he/she is consenting and authorizing Boombox Magazine or any entity authorized by Boombox Magazine to copyright, use, publish any of the images in any format taken of me or submitted by me. 

I understand these images may be used for a variety of purposes and may appear in Boombox Magazine or on social media or websites, the Boombox Magazine website, or promotional materials or any other media now known or to be invented.

Since anyone can download an image from the Internet or make copies from printed materials, I agree that Boombox Magazine is not responsible for unauthorized use of the images or Videos. I am aware that I am not entitled to any compensation and that the images may appear with or without my or my name. By signing below I acknowledge I have read and understand this release.

 

Client agrees to grant these image rights to the client with a non-exclusive, limited, perpetual license.

This license allows the client to do the following with the images:

i) Display the images;

ii) Print the images;

iii) Upload, email, or electronically transfer the images or files; and,

iv)  Publish the images on personal websites or social media websites
