There are two payment options available at Kids Therapy Corner.  Please Select the option most convenient for you. 

Option 1:  If you choose to pay for your child's session with a check, it MUST be given to your therapist on the day of serivce.  For families that have multiple children receiving services, a check with the total amount per session/child can be written.  Please remember to list child's name and date of service on check. 

Option 2:  If you choose to pay by cash place cash in marked enevelope with child's name and date of service.
