I understand that there is a minimum for travel parties. If I do not meet the minimum requirements then I am still responsible for paying the minimum requirement fee.I agree and understand that Uptown Painting Party is not liable for damages that may occur from my guests at the off-site location we are hosting our event.I understand that Uptown Painting Party will provide all painting materials, table cloths, and disposables for the event. I understand and agree that tables and chairs must be provided at the off-site location and that Uptown Painting Party will not provide those items.I understand that Uptown Painting Party will arrive up to 1.5 hours in advance to the location, depending on the size of the event and 1 hour after the event for clean up.I understand that if my event is off-site, electricity will be available, as well as water for paint usage as well as clean up.
