Be warned, the next page have questions that need to be answered specifically. But you must remember, even with you being specific, I can still alter your idea based on the image I have in mind for your graphic.
I will not be using the images/idea/stocks you've provided, unless stated by you. If I still think that the pictures you've given is unsuitable for the designs of your graphic, I will change it. Thank you for understanding.
With that being said, you don't have to worry if I have the wrong idea of your graphic. I won't. You have to trust me. If I have messed up, that means you must have explained something wrong in the forms. So, please be careful with your details and answers. Don't mess up!
