This form is required by all prospective purchasers or lease applicant(s) for Kaito managed buildings, in addition to the full submittal of the formal lease application or sales application for the applicable building.
Fees Associated with Submitting This Application:
Lease Application: $150 per applicant listed on lease
Sales Application (condo): $350 per unit sale
Sales Application (cooperative): $450 per unit sale
All fees payable credit card after form has been submitted
Co-Applicants must submit form separately, payments will be calculated based on how applicant identifies themselves. Co-applications for sales applications are not required to submit a fee.
Once submitted, Kaito will run a background check on proposed tenant(s) or purchaser(s), process application and will present a completed package to the relevant parties.
Applicants are not permitted to move into the unit until they have received all relevant Board approvals and until they have scheduled their move-in with building Management.
Contact Kaito if you or your broker have a credit and background report that is less than 30 days old, Kaito will confirm if the reports can be used and a $20/applicant credit issued on required fees.
