If yes to either of the above, the district then agrees to submit a final reporting of dates/hours utilized with the virtual option to the Director of eLearning by June 30, 2017. Form to be supplied in the Spring.

The last question in each section is an assurance that indicates your corporation's ability to meet the stated expectations for the Virtual Option.
