Playland is available for rental from 5:30-8:00pm on Tuesdays and from 10:30am-1:00pm and 3:00-5:30pm on Saturdays. Beginning in July, the available rental times will be from 5:30-8:00pm on Tuesdays and from 10am-12:30pm, 1-3:30pm, and 4-6:30pm on Saturdays. We are usually booked 2 or more months ahead of time, so please book as far in advance as-possible! We do not book more than 4 months in advance. You may reserve one time slot per booking.

Please note: This signed Waiver & Consent Agreement serves as an up-front agreement to abide by Playland policies. It is not your contractual booking agreement, which is handled through the page where this form directs you. Booking is still subject to availability.

Food & Seating

• The maximum table seating in Playland is 28 for children and 20 for adults.

 

• You may bring in your own food and beverages (no alcoholic beverages permitted).  If you would like Heritage Banquet & Catering Services here at First Christian Church to handle the food and beverages for you, please contact Diane at 330-456-2600, Ext. 2255.

 

• No food or beverages allowed in/on the Playland equipment.

 

• For the safety of the children, no electrical appliances are permitted. Please keep all food and beverages in the table areas.

 

Rules for Playland

• There are facility rules mounted on the wall of Playland. Please have all adults attending the party read them carefully.

 

• Your rental time of Playland includes the time needed for decorating and clean up. We cannot allow early arrivals or late departures due to other parties being scheduled and staffing requirements. Please be courteous of other groups using the building and attend to your group at all times.

 

• When decorating, please use sticky tack instead of tape when hanging items on the walls and/or glass. Also, use of glitter, confetti, silly string and piñatas is not allowed.

 

• The Toddler Play Area in the Playland is only for children age 2 and under. Please do not move equipment around in this area that is attached to the floor. Help us keep this area safe for infants and toddlers.

 

• Socks must be worn at all times. Shoes must be placed in the storage area cubby holes.

1. We have read and agree to follow the Playland rules stated above.

2. We understand that there are risks involved in the use of Playland, such as physical injury or COVID-19 infection, and we agree to familiarize our participants with this fact.

3. We agree to hold free from any liability First Christian Church, employees, volunteers, and sponsors; and hereby waive and release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages which we or our participants may accrue arising out of any of the activities undertaken.

4. We agree that we have read this statement and assume responsibility for sharing this information with everyone in our party.
