The secret to more effective, efficient marketing is knowing which prospects (even though they have the right demographics, in the right homes) will buy from SOMEONE ELSE NOT YOU and redirecting your sales and marketing dollars on the prospects you can turn into high value customers without throwing money at them.
How does Stochastic Marketing get paid?
Again, it’s pretty simple. Stochastic Marketing specializes in analyzing residential HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical contractor’s sales/marketing and gives advice on how to improve your results. We bundle that advice with cost effective direct mail because contractors don’t have a budget for advice, but they should have a budget for direct mail. Stochastic has years of data on what mail pieces work, how frequently they should be mailed and what your results should be.
In high potential zip codes (you will have between 5 or 20), many of our customers sell between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 in several, individual zip codes. They typically spend $25,000 - $40,000 per year on direct mail in zip codes like these. Spending an incremental $10,000 - $15,000 per year on direct mail in the right zip code for YOU will often cause a sales increase of $500,000 - $750,000 per year – in an individual zip code.
If you can sell - and you spend the right amount (not too much and not too little) on advertising to the prospects we identify with your data and our model, you can increase your sales and the value of your business.
Does Stochastic work with other contractors in "my" market?
Less than 15% of the prospects in “your” market are a good prospect for your mail. They will all be located in 5 or 10 zip codes. Maybe 20 zip codes if you are a $10MM+ contractor. Prospects with the same demographics and homes in the other 50 -100 zip codes that your vans visit occasionally will come to you from TV, Radio, Internet, or other forms of marketing. We can help you with that too, but we only mail for one contractor in an individual zip code. We may be helping as many six contractors in a metro area with up to 3 million people. Area conflicts are uncommon, but we identify them before we start working with you.
