• If you believe that charter school or authorizer has violated a requirement of state charter school law (Minnesota Statutes, section 124E), you may file a complaint.  This form has been designed to assist you in filing a complaint.  Information that you submit on this form will be used to investigate the situtation and will be a matter of public record.
