Terms of Agreement
I. Step One: Confirm and submit all information to begin your order.
Once price quote is approved and your consent form is signed and submitted, an invoice via PayPay will immediately follow this inquiry form for the 50% deposit.
II. Step Two: Preview of Graphic Design(s)
You will receive your graphic design preview(s) via email within the turnaround time of 2-3 business days from payment date made via PayPal.
Please Note: We allow up to 2 free alterations. An extended service fee charge of $25 will be applied to your order per alteration thereafter. This extension service fee will be billed to the final payment and must be paid before all files are released.
III. Step Three: Final Payments/Retrieval of Final Graphic Design
After you have received our final preview of your graphic design, we ask for the final 50% payment to be made first in order for us to get confirmation.
Once the payment has been confirmed, all files to your official (non-watermarked) graphics will be sent to your email immediately. You will receive various files of your final custom design order for self-printing and/or web publishing.
