Roose Brothers Land Management proposes the following specifications for snow removal during the ‘2017-2018’ winter season.
- Snow is to be removed / plowed upon a minimum accumulation of approx. 2 inches, or as conditions require (depth of snowfall accumulations are determined by Roose Brothers). Ice management is available at additional cost upon request.
- Cost of removing snow increases, up to double the quoted “per removal” price, in the event of a single plowing of snow accumulating 5” or greater.
- Roose Brothers only removes snow for easy and clean accessibility to dwelling and does not accept responsibility for personal injury of any person(s) on the homeowners’ premises due to any accident in an area that receives any trafficking.
- Resident is responsible to adequately mark the boundaries of the driveway by November 15th. If boundaries are not clearly marked using boundary indicators by the above date, Roose Brothers will automatically mark the driveway at an additional charge of $3/marker ($30 minimum). Boundary indicators are provided and installed at NO CHARGE for “per season” customers. Roose Brothers will not be responsible for damages to paved surface areas due to standard snow removal procedures. Extreme caution is utilized, but if sod or sprinkler head damage occurs, repairs will be made at NO CHARGE spring 2019.
- Customers taking advantage of “per season” rate should remit payment with the returned proposal or pay via credit/debit card online by return date. Customers who do not return payment along with this proposal will be charged “per removal” and billed near the 1st and 15th of each month via electronic statement.
