Roose Brothers Land Management proposes the following specifications for snow removal during the ‘2017-2018’ winter season.
Snow is to be removed / plowed upon a minimum accumulation of approx. 2 inches, or as conditions require
(depth of snowfall accumulations are determined by Roose Brothers)
. Ice management is available at additional cost upon request.
Cost of removing snow increases, up to double the quoted
price, in the event of a single plowing of snow accumulating 5” or greater.

Resident is responsible to adequately mark the boundaries of the driveway by November 15th. If boundaries are not clearly marked using boundary indicators by the above date,
will automatically mark the driveway at an additional charge of $3/marker ($30 minimum). Boundary indicators are provided and installed at NO CHARGE for

Customers taking advantage of
rate should remit payment with the returned proposal or pay via credit/debit card online by return date. Customers who do not return payment along with this proposal will be charged
and billed near the 1st and 15th of each month via electronic statement.
