Terms of Agreement
I. Step One: Confirm and submit all information to begin your order.
Once price quote is approved and your design consent form is signed and submitted, an invoice via PayPay will be sent for the 50% deposit.
II. Step Two: Preview of Graphic Design(s)
You will receive your graphic design preview(s) via email within the turnaround time of 2-3 business days from payment date made via PayPal.
Please Note: We allow up to 2 free alterations. An extended service fee charge of $25 will be applied to your order per alteration thereafter. This extension service fee will be billed to the final payment and must be paid before all files are released.
III. Step Three: Final Payment/Retreival of Files
After you have received the final preview of your graphic design, an invoice for the final 50% design payment must be made first. Once final payment has been confirmed, all official files will be sent via email immediately for self printing.
