Workshops Policy:
Application
Applications should be received by October 25, 2016 to be eligible for a space in the workshops. No applications will be accepted after October 25. Applications must be accompanied by art samples. Applicants will receive notice of acceptance via e-mail or phone within 24 hours of application receipt, and an emailed invoice from PayPal, payable by credit card. (No PayPal account is required). If workshop becomes full, online registration will close. Interested applicants will be placed on a waiting list and notified if a space becomes available.
Registration, Cancellations, and Refunds
Upon notice of acceptance, final registration payment is due within 48 hours of invoice receipt. If you are unable to attend and must cancel, please notify us as soon as possible so your spot can be made available for someone else. Registrations cancelled by October 21 will be eligible for a refund less a $25.00 processing fee. Registrations cancelled October 22 or later will be eligible for a 50% refund. In the case of an emergency, refunds will be decided on a case-by-case basis by the coordinator. No refunds will be given to registrants who do not show or who attend only part of the paid workshop by choice.
Photography and Video Acknowledgement
The registrant agrees that his/her activity and likeness may be filmed, videotaped, and/or photographed for GNSI publicity or for educational purposes. These films, tapes, and photographs will remain the property of GNSI.
Liability Waiver
“During my attendance at the GNSI Education Series Workshop(s), reasonable efforts will be made to assure my comfort and safety. By registering for this/these workshop(s), I acknowledge participation of my own free will and will not hold GNSI, Inc., its Board of Directors, or its instructor(s) or volunteers responsible for any personal injury to life or limb during the course of this event.”
