The Production Technical Engineer at Grace Church assists the Production Director and Worship team in preparing for and implementing all technical aspects for Grace services and other events. This person will ensure that all equipment functions properly and is in good repair.

Responsibilities/Duties
- Assist with worship service coordination (run huddles, attend worship meetings, etc.)
- Research and implement technical needs for creative elements used in services
- Run AVL (Including IMAG and web streaming) during weekend services, rehearsals and events as needed
- Monitor and maintain AVL equipment
- Maintain AVL equipment in all worship venues (Auditorium, Venue, Grace Kids and Grace Students)
- Participate in weekly volunteer scheduling as needed
- Support stage design team (getting equipment, hanging design elements)
- Attend team meetings and support worship team
- Support concerts and special events for AVL needs (weddings, funerals, SBO, meetings, etc)
- Maintain weekly one-on-one contact with designated ministry volunteers
- Build and train tech volunteer team to assist in maintenance of AVL equipment and systems
- Participate in planning and strategy meetings with the weekend service team
- Support weekend service teams with software and instrument implementation
- Participate in Weekend Service Pre and Post Service Review
- Create and operate within a budget
Skills/Experience
- Experience in Front of House audio mixing and Video streaming systems management
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Great relational skills: full of faith, friendly, calm, and professional
- Skilled in researching and finding requested information
