Any FCAPF capital awarded to me by the PCAA will be in the form of a grant I'll never had to repay as long as all such capital is used to start and/or improve my business in all manners I describe when applying for said grant.
I must support the PCAA cause of establishing the FCAPF to be eligible for receiving PCAA capital for my business.
I must be open to having PCAA promotional literature being displayed in my place of business capitalized by PCAA funds.
As a PCAA Sponsored Athlete, all PCAA payments will be made out in the name of the business advertised to the public regarding acquiring PCAA funding.
If I cannot use PCAA-acquired capital for my business, I must return it to my PCAA League Organizer as capital for a future PCAA Sponsored Athlete.
I am responsible for all taxes associated with my acquisition of PCAA capital.
I must use all PCAA-acquired capital solely for business purposes regarding my designated business. If I use PCAA-acquired capital for matters other than my designated business, I am subject to suits and/or other legal action taken against me by my PCAA League Organizer.
Finally, I understand that the PCAA may make changes as necessary to any and all rules and that I will have the choice of complying or of forfeiting any status granted me regarding said changes--with the PCAA being vulnerable to no retaliatory action from myself.
