• Holding Deposit Terms and Conditions

     

    If you have not already submitted an application, please do so before submitting your Holding Deposit. The unit will NOT be held if no application has been made.

     

  • Applicant is depositing a "Holding Deposit" as commitment while considering this application. The property will continue to be marketed until a qualified applicant is approved. If applicant is approved by owner/manager and the lease is entered into, the Holding Deposit shall be credited to the required security deposit. Application may not be withdrawn pending approval by owner/manager. If applicant is approved but fails to enter into the contemplated lease per the specific terms so noted on this application, the holding deposit shall be forfeited to owner. Parties agree that said forfeiture shall be liquidated damages for the breach of this agreement and not a penalty. The application deposit will be refunded only if applicant is not approved; and such refund in such event shall be prompt. Any such refund will only be made by check payable to all adult parties to the application, and only via U.S. Mail. The address that such refund shall be mailed to shall be only the address provided in the application.Do you agree to these terms and conditions?
