Hall of Fame Eligibility Criteria

Must be a graduate of Carlisle/Hartford HS (at least 10 years removed)

Individual Athlete Criteria (meet at least one criterion)

State Champion
State Runner-Up
Selected First-Team All-State by one of the following organizations
- Iowa Newspaper Association (INA)
- Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union (IGHSAU)
- Iowa High School Athletic Association (IHSAA)
- The Des Moines Register
Collegiate Accomplishments
- 1^st, 2^nd, or 3^rd Team All-American
- 1^st, 2^nd, or 3^rd Place in a NCAA Individual event for D- I, II, or III, or NAIA.

Team Criteria (meet at least one criterion)

State Champion Team
State Runner-Up Team
Final Four Teams
Historic significance

Coaching Criteria (meet at least one criterion)

State Champs
State Runner-Up
State or National Hall of Fame
Coach-of-the-Year by respective Iowa high school coaches association

The selection committee may override the above criteria if they feel the accomplishments/contributions are so outstanding as to deserve recognition.
