Thank you for your interest in volunteering with us. Please read all information and fill out the entire application. We will e-mail you once we receive a complete application.

REQUIREMENTS & POLICIES

~ $65 deposit due by October 1st, 2018 via Paypal or Check.

~ If sending your depsosit through paypal, send to info@mjgpro.com

~ If you already purchased a ticket, that can serve as your deposit and you will be reimbursed after the festival.

~ Complete #1 8hr shift
~ Show up sober and with a positive attitude 15 minutes prior to your shift
~ Stay for the entirety of your shift (check IN and OUT with appointed staff)
~ You do not leave during your shift without permission, under any circumstances
~ Once you complete your shift, check out with the volunteer coordinator.
~ If you do not complete your shift, satisfactory to MJG, your deposit will be kept / cashed
~ All volunteers must adhere to Festival and Park rules

By sending in this application you:
- Release and forever discharge and hold harmless MJG Productions and Harmony Park from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise from volunteer work.
- Understand you expressively waive any such claim for compensation or liability in the event of an injury or medical expense.
