We are delighted that you’re interested in working with HopeBridge as the next step in your career. We understand, as an agency, our reputation depends on the quality of the caregivers that we put in clients' homes. Our minimum application requirements are that you must:
Have either a current and active NAC or NAR.
Be able to present a current Washington state driver's license and insurance.
Allow for a Washington State background check, as well as any other state you have worked in as a caregiver.
Pass a caregiver knowledge and skills competency exam at or above 80%.
If you have limited caregivng experiance we will provide a paid 40 hour caregiver training and mentorship to get you up and working.
What we offer staff:
Starting wage for direct care staff is $12.50/hr going up to $13/hr after successfuly passing a 90-day probationary period (for part time employees, 616 hours on the clock).
