We are delighted that you’re interested in working with HopeBridge as the next step in your career. We understand, as an agency, our reputation depends on the quality of the caregivers that we put in client's homes. Our minimum application requirements are that you must:
Have either a current and active NAC or NAR. Applicants without an NAC or NAR who have private caregiving experience will be considered on a case by case basis.
Be able to present a current Washington state driver's license and insurance.
Allow for a Washington State background check, as well as any other state you have worked in as a caregiver.
What we offer staff:
Starting wage for direct care staff is $12.50/13.00 per hour depending on credentials with a wage increase after successfuly passing a 90-day probationary period (for part time employees, 616 hours on the clock).
