If you are requesting 1 day off, request must be made 8 days in advance.
If you are requesting 2 or more days off, request must be made 15 days in advance.
You should receive an "approved" or "denied" notice for your request within 24-48 hours (unless request was made on a weekend). Please follow up with the Scheduling team.
If you need more than two weeks off, you must contact HR to file a Leave of Absence.
