  • Please note that all services offered on this form are for ABE-owned devices only. This includes departmental IT equipment purchased from grant, project, or start-up funds. Due to liability concerns, ABE IT does not perform any of the services listed on personal devices.

  • Please note: If you are requesting a new computer setup, please select the "New Computer Request" option under Requested Services.

  • ABE IT cannot install printers on personal devices. We can only install printers/drivers on ABE-owned department computers.


  • The following software is free for students/educators, but you will need to either create an account or log in to download the installation files. This software can also be installed on personally-owned laptops and computers.

    A classroom computer not working.
    Problems with VMware duing a class.
    The license has expired for a piece of software provided by the department.
    A computer collecting instrument data is malfunctioning and impeding research progress.
