Instructions: Mix 1 scoop with water and ice (6-8oz). Can also be added to fruit smoothie.
Daily Superfood Blend:
Amazing Grass- Green Superfood
Instructions: Take 1 scoop in the morning with breakfast. May add 1-2 more scoops throughout your day. (I like to mix it with water, chug it (holding my nose!) and wash it down with a bit of orange juice!)
