RESERVATION & DAMAGE DEPOSIT (for PROPS)
A non-refundable booking fee in the amount of $100 of the total balance is due upon booking your event. The event is only reserved once the booking fee is received. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days in advance of the CLIENT'S event date. If the balance has not been collected by this due date, a $30 late charge will be added to the remaining balance per day that the balance remains unpaid. If the balance is not paid within 3 days in advance of the event date, the PROVIDER reserves the right to cancel the event.
A fully-refundable damage deposit of $50 will also be collected upon booking your event. The damage deposit will be refunded within 2 business days of the close of your event if, and only if no props or equipment were damaged by the CLIENT or his/her guests during the event. Scratches, dents, or nicks larger than the width or circumference of a golf ball is considered damage and therefore results in the forfeit of the deposit. Breakage, of course, will also result in the forfeit of the deposit.
