Position Summary:
Set tables with clean linens and silverware and remove soiled dishes, glassware and silverware from the tables. Proper maintenance and cleaning of side stations, floors, furniture, restrooms and perform other duties as assigned. Provide quick, friendly service to guests and coworkers in a speedy, efficient, friendly, and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant experience preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- High school or equivalent education preferred.
- Must be minimum age to serve alcohol. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
- Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must have knowledge of and be able to operate all equipment related to the outlet.
- Knowledge of federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations and Hotel policy regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated patrons.
- Proof of liquor license within thirty days of hire.
- Proof of Food license within thirty days of hire.
