Position Summary:
Service the bar areas and ensure there is always enough back up supplies to include spirits, garnishes, mixes, and cleaning equipment. Provide quick, friendly service to guests and coworkers in a speedy, efficient, friendly, and professional manner.
Requirements:
- One year high volume bar experience required.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- High school or equivalent education preferred.
- Must be minimum age to serve alcohol. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
- Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must have knowledge of and be able to operate all equipment related to the outlet.
- Knowledge of federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations and Hotel policy regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated patrons.
- Proof of liquor license within thirty days of hire.
- Proof of Food license within thirty days of hire.
