Travel planning involves time and research. Our personalized itineraries are built upon on-site experience and professional expertise. The preferred supplier partners and resources that I select will be based on the ability to meet your specific travel needs of you and your travel party, as related during our complimentary consultation. Your final itinerary will provide a travel experience that should meet or exceed your expectations.

If after our initial consultation, you would like TropiGal Travel LLC to perform the professional services required to plan and arrange your travel, a non-refundable research retainer may be required, depending on the complexity of your itinerary, group, or destination wedding. This is on a case-by-case basis, and at TropiGal Travel LLC's discretion.
Fee Structure & Payment

Custom packages $100

Based on the complexity, certain itineraries may require a $150 research retainer determined on a case-by-case basis.

Group travel $250

Destination wedding planning $250

If applicable, the research retainer will be invoiced when you are ready to begin the planning process along with a registration form and client agreement. This allows us to have all the required information for quoting and booking.
Quoting and Booking

Quotes will be delivered via email. Once I have finalized your custom itinerary, an invoice approval will be sent for you to for verification and approval. Only after the itinerary is approved will funds be deposited. Pricing and Aviailability is not guaranteed until deposited.
