Parent Agreement: The undersigned agrees that Graham Smith Hockey Skills Development Program or any instructor working in conjunction with the Hockey Skills Development Program will not be held responsible for any accident or loss, and agrees to release Graham Smith Hockey Skills Development Program and its instructors from all claims or damages which may arise as a result of, or by any reason or such accident or loss. Graham Smith Hockey Skills Development Program also reserves the right to cancel any session, with a full refund, for any reason.
