Note: By registering your customers, you’re agreeing to the terms outlined in our Realtor Rewards Program shown on this page. The client will be sent an email confirmation that they have been registered by you as their Realtor.
Realtor Rewards Program Terms & Conditions:

To be eligible for the Realtor Rewards Program, the following registration guidelines must apply:
1. The following online registration is valid for 30 days, it is the responsibility of the Agent to re-register his/her Clients after the expiration date in order to be eligible for any applicable Chestnut Point Estates llc Realtor Rewards Program.
2. The Customer visited Chestnut Point Estates llc as a result of the Agent’s recommendation.
3. The Customer was registered by the Agent before or during the Customer’s first visit to Chestnut Point Estates llc.
4. The Customer acknowledges, that the Agent referred him/her to Chestnut Point Estates & Marina.
5. Chestnut Point Estates llc will only pay one flat fee per sale. In the event the customer is registered by multiple Agents, Chestnut Point Estates & Marina will pay the Realtor designated by the customer at time of contract.
6. The Customer has been presented with Realtor Rewards Program Form.
7. Chestnut Point Estates llc reserves the right to pay the realtor the flat fee at time of settlement on the property. However, in the event the Customer terminates the contract, defaults on the contract, or does not settle on the property for any reason, chestnut point estates llc will not be responsible for any commission or expenses.
