Phenomenal Fudge Fundraiser Information Sheet... Please fill out the form below and send it back to us. We’ll schedule your fundraiser and send you the paperwork to get you started right on time. Remember that your commission is 40% of your total sales: both person-to-person and online sales. And, if you send us an image of your organization's members or the items you want to buy with your earnings we will send you $50 (five half-pound tubs) of free fudge. With your permission we will add that photo to our fundraiser Hall of Fame page.
