Event Tissue Specimen Requirements:
Due to the complicated coordination of handling and disposal logistics, all specimens must be ordered through Surgical Training Institute (STI). An order form with pricing will be provided with confirmation of the workshop. Final tissue specimen requests must be placed with STI by January 12, 2026. Reduction or cancellation of tissue specimen orders may be done without penalty before February 2, 2026.
